Chakras are the epicenters of energy that, when are in balance, align themselves down the center of our bodies. They exist both in the physical and spiritual world, with science now proving that there are biological reactions and stimulations occurring within the body along these energy centers.
Every one of us has 7 chakras, that correlate to different areas of our lives:

3. Solar Plexus
4. Heart
5. Throat
6. Third Eye
7. Crown
A blockage or imbalance of any one of these chakras can create illness, conflict, or emotional instability. As an energy psychic, we can identify which chakras may be out of balance, why, and what needs to be done to bring them back into balance.

I offer guidance on how to take the first steps towards learning how to meditate, as well as lend my own abilities to meditate on your spirit, situation, or questions.
